Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Septimia Resort in Romania was notably marked by the innovative culinary offerings. The restaurant's ambiance creates a welcoming environment, allowing guests to truly enjoy their meals. I had the pleasure of trying the winning dish from Harghita County's best menu contest - Silky potato soup from Odorhellen. Its comforting texture was complemented by subtle seasoning that highlighted freshness. Breakfast featured surprising options, such as sautéed spinach and fried mushrooms, adding a delightful touch to my morning routine. I would appreciate a broader range of dairy options, as variety can enhance any breakfast experience. The attentive staff ensured that every element of my meal was delivered with care, allowing me to savor the flavors of the region. I recommend Septimia for food enthusiasts looking to explore authentic culinary creations in a relaxed setting.
